Tune in, Groove on, Feel the Jazz  -  We Need Your Support

East End Jazz is a women-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of musicians through jazz education and performance. We're excited to announce our upcoming Women's History Month Concert Series and our ongoing Youth Workshops starting January 2025, in collaboration with the Southampton Youth Bureau.​

Our Mission: 

• Empowering Young Musicians: Funding music education programs, workshops and performance opportunities for youth.

• Celebrating Women in Jazz: Honoring the legacy of legendary female jazz musicians.

• Building Stronger Communities: Fostering a vibrant and inclusive community through jazz, creativity and improvisation.

Your Support:

We're seeking sponsors and underwriters to make these events and programs a reality. Your generous contribution will directly impact our community by:

• Funding Youth Workshops (Led by experienced educators, inspiring and empowering the next generation)

• Funding Women in Jazz concert series in March 2025 (A spotlight on female artists)

• Preserving Jazz Heritage (Supporting interactive performances, workshops, and concerts to keep this timeless art form alive)                                     ​

​​Sponsorship Tiers:

Platinum Patron ($10,000+)

• Recognition: Prominent branding and name or logo placement on all promotional material including but not limited to posters, flyers, social media, program booklet, and our website.

• VIP Experience: Four VIP tickets, backstage passes, and a private meet-and-greet with the performers for women in jazz concerts hosted in March 2025.

• Customizable Sponsorship Package: Work with us to create a unique sponsorship package tailored to your specific goals and interests. We can customize the package to include a variety of benefits.

• Youth Program Champion: Acknowledgement as underwriter for a full year of youth workshops to inspire the next generation.

• Exclusive House Concert: Host a private jazz concert in your home, performed by a quartet of East End Jazz musicians.

Gold Patron ($5,000+)

• Recognition: Name or logo placement on all promotional material, including but not limited to posters, flyers, social media, program booklet, and our website.

• VIP Tickets: Four VIP tickets to the concert, including premium seating and backstage access for one women in jazz concert in March 2025.

• Youth Program Champion: Acknowledgment of sponsoring one semester of Youth Workshops and concerts to inspire the next generation.

• Exclusive House Concert: Host a private jazz concert in your home, performed by a trio of East End Jazz musicians.

Silver Patron ($2,500+)

• Recognition: Name or logo listed on promotional material, program booklet and on our website.

• General Admission Tickets: Four general admission tickets to a concert or workshop

• Youth Program Champion: Acknowledgement of supporting specific youth initiatives, including scheduled pop up workshops in schools, after school programs and daycare centers to inspire the next generation.

• Exclusive House Concert: Host a private jazz concert in your home, performed by a duo of East End Jazz musicians.

Bronze Patron ($1,000+)

• Recognition: Name or logo listed in the program booklet and on our website.

• General Admission Tickets: Two general admission tickets to a concert or workshop.

• Youth Program Champion: Acknowledgment as a youth program advocate contributor to a specific youth initiative, such as a single workshop to inspire the next generation.

• Private Music Lesson: Receive two private jazz music lessons of your choice: bass, voice, theory of music, arranging, composition, improvisation.

Supporter ($500+)

• Recognition: Name or logo listed in the program booklet and on our website.

• General Admission Tickets: Two general admission tickets to one event.

• Youth Program Champion: Acknowledgement of supporting general youth program expenses.

• Private Music Lesson: Receive one private jazz music lesson of your choice: bass, voice, theory of music, arranging, composition, improvisation.

Community Partner ($100+)

• Recognition: Name or logo listed on our website.

• General Admission Tickets: One general admission ticket to one event.

• Youth Program Champion: Help us provide music education and performance opportunities for young people in our community.

Friend of the Arts ($25+)

• Recognition: Name or logo listed on our website.

• Youth Program Champion: Help us provide music education and performance opportunities for young people in our community.
